3. Credits System

• One credit is required to process one image
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have rights to upload and process images
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:
• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you don't own
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Share your account with others

6. Image Processing

• Processed images are stored for 30 days after processing
• We do not claim ownership of your images
• You retain all rights to your original and processed images
• We may use anonymized data to improve our service

7. Refund Policy

• Unused credits may be eligible for refund on a case-by-case basis
• Used credits are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for temporary unavailability

9. Limitation of Liability

PixSellAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
