1. General Policy

At PixSellAI, we strive to provide high-quality image processing services. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Unused Credits

Eligible for refund:
• Credits that have not been used to process images
• Must request refund within 14 days of purchase
• Account must be in good standing (no policy violations)

Refund amount:
• Full refund for unused credits
• Refund will be issued to original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days

3. Used Credits

Not eligible for refund:
• Credits that have been used to process images
• Credits used for successfully completed processing

Exception - Technical issues:
If processing failed due to our service error, we will:
• Refund the credits used, or
• Re-process the images at no additional cost

4. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that processed images will:
• Have backgrounds removed (for main images)
• Be resized to 2000x2000px
• Meet Amazon's basic technical requirements

If processing fails to meet these standards due to our service:
• We will reprocess at no cost, or
• Refund the credits used

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Poor quality original images (blurry, low resolution, etc.)
• Images that cannot be processed due to content issues
• Subjective dissatisfaction with AI processing results
• Credits purchased more than 14 days ago
• Accounts that violated our Terms of Service
• Promotional or bonus credits (these have no cash value)

6. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email us at refunds@pixsellai.com

Include:
• Your account email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request
• Number of unused credits
• Transaction ID (if available)

Step 2: We will review your request within 2 business days

Step 3: If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

7. Partial Refunds

If you purchased a credit package and used some credits:
• You may receive a partial refund for unused credits
• Refund calculated: (Unused credits / Total credits) × Purchase price
• Minimum refund amount: $5

Example:
Purchased: 150 credits for $24.99
Used: 50 credits
Unused: 100 credits
Refund: (100/150) × $24.99 = $16.66

8. Processing Failures

If image processing fails due to technical issues on our end:
• Credits will be automatically refunded to your account
• No need to contact support
• You can retry processing or request a cash refund

9. Chargebacks

Important: Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in:
• Immediate account suspension
• Loss of all remaining credits
• Permanent ban from the service

10. Subscription vs Credits

PixSellAI operates on a credit system, not subscriptions:
• No recurring charges
• Credits never expire
• Pay only for what you use
• No subscription cancellation needed

11. Fraudulent Activity

Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy will:
• Have refund requests denied
• Face account suspension
• Be reported to payment processors if fraud is suspected
